“A great trip to a very picturesque setting. Pick up was on time, plenty of communication before to confirm the details, the guide explained the itinerary and timeframes clearly. The actual Canyon is stunning and makes for great photos, swimming was a welcome cooling off time, and a short drive to the lunch restaurant for some tasty food too. The textile store was a bit of a surprise bonus as it's not about blankets but rather a giant shop with loads of clothing, handbags etc from a huge number of well known brands but at cheap prices.”

Was worried the trip will be difficult for the kids due to the long hours, but there was plenty of opportunities given for toilet breaks and snacks throughout. Lunch provided was very tasty. “The experience was nice, because of mother nature. food was also good. The bus ride was less good, fully crowded bus, children was asked to sit in parents lap for a total of 5 hours bus ride so that more people could fit in the bus. The boat was also too crowded, seats was very bad just basic plastic chairs and all the view was blocked by other tourists fighting to get the best pictures. The guide only spoke few words during the trip, not very informative, basic english. The worse part was all the rusty nails sticking up from the tree planks in the area where you are swimming…”

“Boat trip- brillant, staff very friendly. Free cold drinks trough the boat trip. beautiful views. Highly recommended. Transport from/back to the hotel- horrible. Pick up time 7.45 we are waiting outside hotel from 7.40. At 8 00 at the WhatsApp with transport office I been told bus been early, so we waiting till 8.20 for a pick up. Driver dont said nothing whole way. On the way back he passed couple of red lights and finally drop us off on the main road about 200 meters from hotel. Unacceptable and unsafe.”

“I do not recommend this tour, the organizer just wants to rip off guests as much as possible. The lake is beautiful but the buildings (restaurants) around them look terrible, and destroy the total scenery.”
